No Hassle Returns:
We believe in your 100% satisfaction with any product purchased from our website. If you are unhappy for any reason please notify us immediately upon receiving your order and we will issue a refund. Please note that after 14 days we will no longer issue refunds. We may at our discretion require you to ship the product back to our warehouse. Please email us with your order number at email@example.com to get help processing a return.
Customer Support (7 Days a Week):
We monitor our emails 7 days a week and you can expect a response from us within 24hours on any issue. Our phone support is available Weekdays from 10am to 4pm (MST). If you have any questions on any of our products please dont hesitate to contact us.
All orders will be shipped within 48 hours during the weekdays. If for any reason your order will take longer than normally to ship you will be notified within 48 hours of the expected shipment date. Once an item is shipped we will send you a confirmation with the tracking code.
Orders under $49 ship for $5.95. We provide free shipping on all orders over $49. Additional shipping costs are applicable for states not in the lower 48.
Your payment will be charged to your credit card as soon as you process your order. The charge on your card will appear as: ChartEcom.
Cancelling an Order:
If you decide that made an order in error please contact us asap with your order number at support@GreenhouseExpress.com to cancel your order. Orders can only be cancelled before they have shipped.
The receipt of an order number or an email order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order. GreenhouseExpress.com reserves the right to limit the order quantity on any item and/or to refuse service to any customer. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of an order. Prices and availability of products on the Site are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected when discovered and we reserve the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any error, inaccuracy, or omission (including after an order has been submitted)

However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. If a product offered is not as described, please let us know right away and we will issue a refund.
We are based in Utah and charge sales tax on all orders shipped to Utah addresses. We do business throughout the United States and collect and remit sales tax as required by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold GreenhouseExpress, our officers, employees, agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, parents, joint ventures, successors, independent contractors, including veterinarians, and any other companies under common control with us harmless, including costs and attorneys' fees, from any claim or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of (a) your use of the Site or Products, (b) your User Content, (c) your violation of this Agreement, or (d) your interaction with such independent contractors or reliance on any advice provided by them.
